Marc joined Drumm Law in 2018. Marc lives in Austin, Texas, and represents and advises his clients on a variety of legal needs, including franchise, trademark, and labor and employment law matters.

Marc regularly works on trademark registration and enforcement, distribution, and franchising matters. In addition, Marc has over twelve years experience representing public and private employers in employment disputes, tort claims, and other matters arising under federal and state law, including Title VII, ADA, Rehabilitation Act, FMLA, FLSA, and the Texas Tort Claims Act. Marc has experience representing employers in administrative complaints before the EEOC, and in wage and hour enforcement actions brought by the U.S. Department of Labor. Prior to joining Drumm Law, Marc served as an assistant attorney general for the Office of the Attorney General of Texas. Previously, Marc worked in private practice in San Antonio, and also served a judicial clerkship with the Fourth Court of Appeals as Briefing Attorney to the Honorable Karen Angelini, 2004-05.

Marc is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and is board certified in labor and employment law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Marc is a member of the Labor and Employment Section of the Austin Bar Association. Additionally, Marc has presented on CLE topics and teaches an undergraduate business law course as an adjunct professor for a state university.
Marc received his J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law, graduating with high honors (magna cum laude, Phi Kappa Phi). Marc also has an M.B.A. from the Rawls College of Business Administration at Texas Tech University.

In his free time, Marc enjoys playing soccer, attempting to be a handyman (with mixed results), and spending time with family. Marc also regularly volunteers for Austin Meals on Wheels.

Marc lives in Texas and is admitted to practice law in Texas.
